"Visited on a Monday, which is usually not a fresh delivery day for most restaurants. I have to say, the quality and freshness is better than any of the others in Asheville. (Tried them all). If you are looking for standard rolls and menu selections commonly found, they have you covered. If you want to try something unique, try the Gangnam Roll (Bulgogi with fried Kimchi). Finally found a good place. Oh, rumor has it they are opening a mother Sushi place in downtown Asheville with more unique authentic Japanese items. Can’t wait."

"A hidden gem in Asheville. We ordered ramen, sushi, rice bowls, appetizers, drinks, and dessert. Not ONE failed to disappoint! Everything was delicious, and our server Alit was awesome. "Absolutely five stars. I have eaten at probably 50 sushi restaurants in the last 20 years and this is seriously top-five. The fish is the best fish I have gotten even on the coast. The rolls were reasonably priced and had the best flavors. I have experience in a long time. I would highly recommend The date night roll. Huge sake menu for cold and hot sake, which I really appreciate. My wife enjoyed the mixed drinks. Our server was super friendly, always smiled, and extremely attentive could not have asked for a better experience. The restaurant is very clean, classy and well lit. I am totally blown away by the quality of this restaurant."

"This was my first dining experience inside this restaurant. Even though entering at 8:50 pm, it was still top-notch! Everyone was pleasant and service was excellent. Our needs seemed to be anticipated even as we entered. I had worn my mask in, and our Seater placed us well away from others in a nice, cozy booth. Major points for that! Our Server smiled the whole time she was with us. My Sushi Rolls were excellent. As we were leaving, another staff member was up front cleaning menus. Something I did not miss. But, she made me stop in my tracks when she said, “See you next week!” I have never had that happen even in establishments I frequent weekly. I smiled, and told her she may see me. I doubt that I can make it back next week with my schedule, but this restaurant has earned my $$, and they will definitely see more of me. I highly recommend this establishment that has staff that truly cares about their business and customers!!"
