"Had them to come repair our dishwasher and Washing Machine. They charged $200 for a super redneck fix of electrical tape and literally putting a wrench in the back to keep a piece in place and left it. The washing machine needed a new boot seal. ( $280 ) Seal was installed incorrectly which is causing more issues than I originally had to begin with. Now having to pay a separate repair service to come out and fix their “repairs”. Called multiple times and left messages and even spoke with one gentleman about needing them to come back and fix the issues and now will not return calls or answer the phone! Horrible business, would never recommend!! Steer Clear."

"We had them work on a refrigerator about 5 months ago. We thought it was fixed but after 5 months it went out again. I called to see what could be done and never received a response. We ended up replacing the appliance."

"They replaced the electrical control panel in my refrigerator, during the first home vist. Called them back and explained the refrigerator was still not cooling. They sent Jeff out, the next visit. He replaced the freon screen. Then, Jeff explained that he had tested the old control panel that Matt(?)/Tim(?) had replaced, and it was bad. No service charge on the second visit. And Jeff charged little to nothing on the second visit. Unsure how Jeff is making a living, charging as little as he did. Am sure it cost him more for gas to drive out, than he made. Shirley(?), in the office/shop, that answers that schedules the visits and handles payment, is a little harsh over the phone but, she knows how to manage the business. And she makes sure your appliances get repaired. Honest and reasonable priced. Am totally impressed with Jeff's knowledge and concern for the customer."
