"Food is usually fine, but service SUCKS!!! Not customer service friendly at all. Pull up to the drive thru...."whatcha want?". Get to the window... basically throw your order at you. I would much rather go to Brevard Rd.....miles out of my way....than go to this location."

"i just went here with my friends and the food was perfect! we asked for no tomatoes and there wasn’t a single one in sight plus the driver through worker guy was super cute and sweet. he apologized for our “long” wait time (it wasn’t long at all but so worth it)."

"The crew was amazing. I was a late night customer and even though my order got a little mixed up. I called them. They answered they took care of it and when I came back around the corrected my order and better and amazing team on this side in South Asheville for sure. I also called them back and let them know that even though I didn't know their names I was going to give them a good review because most people would not even try to answer the phone and they did and they also tried to correct their mistake. "My tacos were so old and cold that they were soggy and actually stuck to the paper. The burrito supreme was tiny and mostly flour tortilla. Worst Taco Hell ever! Hendersonville Road, South Asheville, NC. I want our $21 back, couldn't even eat the food."
