"Got both the chicken and waffle and the chicken biscuit for $17. Seemed high, but they were pretty big. However, the chicken did not have any flavor so it did not feel worth the cost. I was surprised by the lack of options as well. Atmosphere is nice!"
"Regina's is a delightful cafe, stylized like an old-school diner, but with a feminine, classy twist. Lisa, the owner, & Campbell, behind the bar, are very friendly and welcoming. The cooks are also very kind and, unsurprisingly, great at making brunch comfort food! There's all the Southern classics, with some fresh twists. You must try the hot honey fried chicken sandwich [ bleu cheese ranch, chips, & chili aioli] and the pork loin hash [w/ bacon, jalapeños, & sunny-side-up eggs]. Talk about bang for your buck!"
"Best fried chicken sandwich I’ve ever had. Complex flavors and electric presentation of a sometimes [overly] mundane southern classic. A must-visit when in Asheville. Biscuits and gravy was perfectly portioned and delicious. Greatly appreciated the chef’s engagement."
"Regina's charms with its cute, old-school atmosphere adorned in retro pinks and browns. The diner's counter at the entrance adds a nostalgic touch while the spacious layout feels welcoming. When it comes to food, Regina's doesn't hold back – expect large portions and humongous biscuits that are as delicious as they are impressive."
"10/10. We walked in and were warmly greeted and guided through a brunch experience. These folks take hospitality seriously! The food was incredible, and many of the ingredients are homemade using fresh herbs. They came to check on us many times to make sure everything was top notch. Regina’s is designed so well. Highly recommend."
