"A little struggle for the service however the food and the drinks overcame this. We are thrilled to have something so close to our outdoor and distant home that we can go to and truly find a dining experience that matches our wants and needs. Terrence was a great and pleasing waiter (just seemed to be running too many tables solo) and he helped us make this a great find to share with and fellowship with some visiting friends and family."

"The food was adequate and service was slow starting with waiting on the hostess, with whom our first interaction was asking us to hang on while she disappeared and then took a phone call. For a special evening out we will probably go somewhere else instead but I'd be willing to try them again for lunch or just drinks and an appetizer to break routine just because of the neat location and ambience. From the reviews it seems like they're inconsistent and we may have just caught them on a bad night. YMMV I do appreciate that they take reservations and that alone will keep them on our list for the busy tourist times of the year."

"My partner and I went to Rocky Face Tavern for dinner as our airbnb was right down the street. We ordered the buffalo Tavern wings as an appetizer, and the wings were raw. Our server, Lorna, was very nice and understanding about it!! We replaced the wings with the buffalo chicken dip and that was good. My partners entree was the mushroom ravioli with a side of fried okra. She said the portion was kind of small for the price, which I agree, but it was delicious! I ordered the grilled fillet medallions with mac and cheese and fried okra. The medallions were yummy, but each medallion was a different temperature (I asked for medium, two were medium rare and one just rare). Mac and cheese was okay. Fried okra was yummy. Our drinks were great - my partner had the hot toddy and I had Kentucky mules. The service was amazing - everyone was very friendly!! I would definitely be willing to try it again, but maybe order some different things!"

"Had the pleasure of staying in the Treehouse’s with a group of 12 guys. We played golf all weekend and ate lunch and dinner here. Grade A+ no doubt. Great service, great food. Compliments to the chef. We had Kristianna as our waitress. Breakfast: buffet every morning starting at 7am. (The spread) Dinner: I had the Collard green dip/chips and Burger and fries. Next night I had the wings and fries with a side salad. Lunch: Brisket melt and fries and the next I had a club on white with a pickle."
