"I recently visited Kobe Express in Canton and I must say, I was extremely disappointed with my experience. One of the main reasons I frequent these restaurants is for their delicious food and, of course, the white sauce. However, my recent visit left me frustrated and dissatisfied. When I checked my meal to see if correct there was only a 1/4-cup portion of white sauce. This was far from what I expected, as most people who visit these restaurants do so with the anticipation of enjoying the flavorsome white sauce that complements the dishes perfectly. It's disheartening that a place known for its food and condiments would be so stingy with something as essential as white sauce. This experience left me feeling like they were cutting corners, and it significantly detracted from the overall enjoyment of my meal. While the food quality itself was satisfactory, the lack of generosity with something as simple as white sauce has made me think twice about returning to Kobe Express. I hope they reevaluate their approach to customer satisfaction and provide a more generous portion of white sauce in the future."
