"My tacos were wet for some reason? And their baja freeze machine was down which bummed me out. It would've been fine but their sodas also tasted weird. All in all, it's definitely what you'd expect from a taco bell, but it didn't make me ill after eating, so that was a plus."

"I walked into the dining room at 10:01 p.m. the manager said we are closed and the only thing that is open is the drive thru. I'm ordering for 8 people while traveling. So I went to the drive thru and ordered the food and a Baja blast. I was told that they are out of Baja blast. Then after ordering we here told to sit in our car. 30 minutes later our food was walked out. Why couldn't we have waited in the dining is beyond me. The overall atmosphere was rude and how does any Taco Bell run out of Baja blast."

"We have paid $60 for food and didn’t even get anything and yea it was. A lot of stuff but there was no one in line and it was absolutely Ridiculous! 60$ like wow!"

"I used to really like this location, after reopening from the renovation, everything has changed and it’s a very unfriendly layout. It is crystal clear that they do not want to be bothered dealing with customers face-to-face as everything is on kiosks now, I understand that’s the new way with many fast food restaurants but they seemingly don’t want to be bothered as you can’t find anyone to even ask a simple question. I can’t imagine how the older generation are finding this new setup. I have been twice since the renovation and both times were considerably frustrating, the second visit, I literally walked out as I could not get anyone to notice me to give me any assistance. Overall, very disappointing and I don’t plan on ever going back."
