"I placed an online order, went thru the drive thru to add more to it. That was going to be a 20 minute wait and that my online order was ready, i i said nevermind. Pulled up to the window, was told my order was not ready, waiting on sweet potato pies...25 minutes later i was brought my order of cold fries, cold chicked, no napkins and no sweet tea. The cherry on top was the sweet potato pies i had to wait for, were not even whole. It had been scraped off the cooking sheet and smooshed into the box."
"Dine in time isn’t dine in time apparently here. Sure it’s Black Friday, but don’t advertise dine in at 6am if it ain’t dine in at 6. Heck we weren’t even there til 7:30"
"We like Bojangles. It's the only fast food place we eat at. But, chicken pieces are smaller than they used to be. Maybe because of avian bird flu? They didn't have any slaw and the biscuit was hard and dry. It's still a good value and they don't ask for a tip."
"Amazing Cajun Chicken Filet Sandwich (made into a "Club.") The bacon was crispy; the slice of American Cheese added the right amount of "Tang" to put it over the top! It is up there with the BEST chicken sandwiches available. Everything tasted great. I also ordered the coleslaw and Dirty Rice with it- both were very good. My wife got the same thing....she was saying how good everything was! *We went back through the drive-thru after we ate our dinner for some Cinnamon Biscuits. -They were hot and fresh. Awesome experience."
