"Clean, organized, but just not a lot of employees working. I think the ladies/girls who work in cosmetics should be a contact that can reach out & notify when someone is waiting to be checked out. But if she's not busy, she should assist if possible."
"I've not been in this store for a while. The clothes used to be poorly sewn and not very good quality. I went to the Belk in brevard yesterday and was shocked that it is worse than before. The buyer, buyers, have no sense of style. Really awful selections. It's really sad. And they have moved to the dreadful jc penny pricing structure. We know how that went. I miss the old, truly southern, Belk. Adieu Belk."
"I love this store even though their ladies clothing selection is not always the best. Honestly, I wish they would add a new buyer who would add a little different (updated) flavor to the styles they have in stock. But they have good sales, have a wonderful small town vibe, and the employees have great attitudes and are very friendly. Unlike the bigger department stores, you don't have to walk a half a mile to find a check out register. I do a lot of my Christmas shopping at this store, and I like to take advantage of the sales. Belk has been around a long time, and I hope it stays for a long time as well."

"Very friendly staff and helpful customer service. However this store is small and over packed with merchandise (ie. Cluttered) Reminds me of putting 5 gallons in a 1gallon bucket...merchandise on top of merchandise. If you like a treasure hunt you will love this place because you will spend sometime looking for what you want and you might actually find it."
