Dunkin'

"It is a pretty slow day and yet I was still standing there waiting for like 5 minutes until I have decided to leave. 5 girls just standing around horseplaying and putting stickers on each other giggling. Other girl sitting and stretching on the floor. All of them did see me stand there ready to order but no is like we will be with you in a second or 3 hours or never. This is not the first time me or my co-workers had an incident like this at this Dunkin. Really poor management!"

"I mostly use the drive thru, and normally these guys handle the rush well as anyone, but as of late there must be a communication issue, I've always got cream & sugar (regular) hot coffee with a powdered Bavarian cream doughnut, at first I started getting coffee with no sugar to little sugar and my doughnuts would be anything but Bavarian cream. I noticed that they had some new employees that apparently didn't speak or understand English that well, so when I ordered my coffee I specified how many sugars and creamer, that seemed to work for the coffee, but didn't help with the doughnuts, plus my last doughnut was as hard as a rock! It wasn't fresh I promise you that, I threw it away, quit ordering doughnuts and reduced my visits to about once or twice a week, instead of my normal 5. Not to happy with the direction that the H'ville location is headed!"

"I've had problems getting fresh tea . It almost always tastes like it's fermenting and I'm a tea drinker and know what it's supposed to taste like. The lines need cleaning better or the buckets the tea is store in need cleaning well. The avocado toast was very good!"

"Great Experience! My Iced Caramel Latte was in my hand less than 5 minutes after entering the store. The staff was friendly, the space and bathrooms were clean and it even had a nice drive thru. Great place to go if you are on your way to or from the airport!"

"I ordered my usual iced coffee...this came floating to the top after all the ice melted...a used latex glove. I went in and told the supervisor Roxanna about it all she did was smile, no apology and said do you want another one or a refund? The smile though....is this funny? You should be ashamed it happened. So not impressed. I contacted corporate but since this is independently owned they sent the complaint to the owners. I will not be back. This place has gone down hill."
