"I’m from Wisconsin so I’ve never had Bojangles before and this place did not disappoint. The chicken was fried well the biscuit was very soft and fluffy. Some of the sides were ok and some were great. The breakfast chicken biscuit was great as well and so were the hashbrowns."

"Took forever to even be acknowledged by an employee that we were standing and waiting to order even though they kept walking by. And then when we finally got the food, it was overcooked, hard and dried out and extremely small for the price. The only thing that was ok, was the mashed potatoes and that's because they are pre-ready. Wish they didn't close the Pigeon Forge one down, that one was sp much better."

"I'm from Indiana so this was a new place I wanted to try. Biscuits were amazing. So soft and yummy.The bo'bites were great. But chicken was way to greasy and I didn't know it was spicy. The fries were ok kind of salty. However I'm happy I tried it."

"The service is always friendly. The chicken has a lot to be desired. IF you order your chicken cooked fresh & tell them you do not mind waiting it is very good. Otherwise, it is not good. The chicken is room temperature & not my cup of tea. The chicken has very little meat on it so make sure you order a chicken breast. The location is good. They are also open until 10pm & no other Chicken place is opened past 9pm. I personally do not recommend at this point."

"The blueberry muffins are good...I got 2 drumsticks and the chicken was average to me... the mac and cheese was dry... the service is good the server was nice... I tried it while visiting Tennessee if I ever go back I'd try the breakfast but probably not dinner again lol"
