"Very unprofessional does not care about customers does not return any phone calls in the dryer does not work my dryer work for one week I called the office they said they would be out to fix it that it wasn’t in the dryer it was my breaker I had a maintenance man come out to check my breaker my breaker worked fine the maintenance man said never buy anything from trader in Waynesville North Carolina they have manipulated a lot of other people don’t do business with this company they should no longer be open to serve the community of Waynesville North Carolina I am disgusted with these people I am very angry with these people these people need to be shut down I also will be taking these people to small claims court justice will be served !!! To be honest they don’t even deserve one star take what I’m saying to you wisely it’s a waste of money don’t do business with these people you will regret it"

"Bought a used washer, a dryer and a stove from Trevor. Had problems with the dryer and they came right out and repaired it without question. Then had a problem with the stove. Hey! They're used. They replaced the stove without question. Would definitely recommend them. They honor their 90 day warranty and do exactly what they say."
