The store excels at telling you why they can’t do it, can’t get it, etc. I’ve never seen so many unhappy associates (when you can find one.) and if she really is the store manager, Lillian should be fired because she has the worst attitude of all of them."

"This bestbuy is a small community store. The one in Asheville is larger. The staff is usually friendly and helpful, if you can find one to help you. They run light on staff and don't seem to have enough to even support a small rush of people."
