"My wife and I decided to take out and split the pulled pork platter. It easily offers enough smoked, no-sauce-added barbecue for two. The sides were about right for one. We ordered late and got green beans that were quite salty. The bun is plain and small. The owner and staff are very cordial. Payment is cash only. Free parking. If you want to dine in downtown Gatlinburg, you'd likely either have to ride the free shuttle before 6 PM or pay $20 to park. That alone makes Delauder's a place to consider."

"Delicious BBQ and fantastic staff. If you like BBQ then you have to check out Delauder’s. Not only is the food good but the staff treats you like family. We had the Sampler Plater and the loaded baked potato. Highly recommend the brisket, ribs and pulled pork. They also had some of the best fried Okra I’ve ever had."
