"We had a great time and a great server. The food was a little bland. I got the scallops myself. Wish they'd been seared just a little more. Not quite as fancy looking as I expected, but a nice place. The steamed seafood plate is cool, though. They break the lobster up for you at the table."

"Well I have to tell you about our waitress, Lucy was the absolute BEST.... She helped with excellent selections off the menu... Was there refreshing our drinks and made us feel like we were the only table in a busy restaurant. Now let's get to the food.... Started with crab dip... Don't miss this you will not be disappointed. ( have to admit I wasn't fond of the crunchy bread served with it but the rolls in the basket helped me get every bit of it in my belly). Clam chowder BEST I have ever eaten. Smokey bacon really elevated it. Scallops from the daily special menu were delicious. Crab cakes had no filler. Even the salad had bacon on it. The raspberry cheesecake was also very good. Make this a stop if you want some great seafood."

"The food was excellent. We got the broiled platter and were not disappointed! The butter and bread exceptional. Had oysters on the half shell as an appetizer very good! Highly recommend trying this place if you are in the area, made reservations online and was seated promptly when we arrived. It was our engagement dinner, our dessert was on the house. A lot of food!"

"We came here for my 21st birthday, and it was phenomenal! All of the seafood tasted fresh and flavorful. The bread basket they brought out was to die for, and it’s a must to get the bread pudding for dessert. Our server, Dawson, was amazing, along with the rest of the staff there. I highly recommend this place!"

"The service was excellent, thank you to our waiter, also a member of the service. Thank you for your service to our country. To start, we had the mini seafood tower, excellent choice to pair with the oyster sampler. The Chesapeake oysters were the favorite. For the main course we had the Trout and baked potato. We were able to sit next to Little Pigeon river. The window area was closed off, but still had a nice view of the river. It would be really nice for lunch as well. Overall, so far this is the best option for a fine dining experience."
