"Great tasting food for a great price. Stopped here during our time in TN after coming down from Ober Mountain. I was craving some BBQ and their pork sandwich hit the spot completely. Pork was juicy, bun was great, and the BBQ was the perfect amount of sweet. Plus, the mac n cheese was perfect paired with it. Had a chance to try the Boneless wings and I have to say they were some of the best I have ever had. They were the perfect size and tasted super fresh. Plus they tasted amazing with the BBQ sauce glazed over them. The menu here has plenty of options for whatever you are looking for. Definitely worth the stop."

"We came here over the holidays to indulge in the splendor of Gatlinburg. Our server, I cannot remember his name, was so kind and professional. He has two German shepherds for identifying factors. As this was our first time at the restaurant as well as area, he shared the backstory to Cumberland Jacks and gave us local tips. So as a table of 4, the reviews for the food led to mixed reviews. I had their meatloaf and absolutely loved it. The bacon around the beef was delicious and cooked to perfection. My husband and mom ordered their chicken bow tie pasta and were not impressed. They felt it was mediocre. My stepdad loved his burger with the egg and also found it to be cooked perfectly. The appetizers are what docks them a star. The appetizers are hardly shareable platters at all! We ordered their cheese curds and an olive oil bread combo. The curds were alright, nothing we’d order again. The bread was great but surely not enough for a table of four. I understand appetizers are meant to be just that, and portions really don’t need to be super big, but for the price, they could have been slightly more generous. Overall, if you are looking for cozy food such as a burger or meatloaf, this is your spot. If you are seeking a more upscale dining experience, keep searching the strip!"

"Very touristy. We sat at the bar and service was the bare minimum. The food was actually good except that the vegetables are clearly frozen. The shrimp and grits had good flavor but the volume of food slopped on the plate was leaking and there was not color at all. The sausage was crispy and dried. It would have been better with a small salad to give both some color and volume. The little meat loaves tasted good, maybe the best thing on the table."

"Meatloaf was so delicious. Bacon wrapped and wonderful smoky flavor, not too smoky, just right. Moist and well seasoned. Cuban was not the greatest. They could have kicked it up a notch by buttering the bread before pressing it. I can't remember the name of the specialty drink I ordered, but it was the one that had a butterscotch vibe to it. It is very sweet and delicious. Overall, good food. Cheese curd app was great too."

"It's a charming place with cozy atmosphere. Staff was friendly. We ordered fried chicken and pulled pork with potato salad. The complimentary stew was delicious, didn't like buns that came with a stew, but as it was complimentary cannot complain about that. My husband had fried chicken which he liked. I had pulled pork that for me was pretty chewy and potato salad was definitely from the fridge. The potatoes texture wasn't tasty for me."
