"Had a flat in Sylva and was riding on a donut tire. Bryson city tire was recommended to us but they didn't have our size but luckily CTAR did. Paul did us right and got us right in. He only had 2 tires or else I would have went ahead and had him do all 4. Thanks again Paul and CTAR!"
"Brought a car here I had just purchased. I will never bring another vehicle here as they must have not even known what they were looking at by replacing the wrong side and parts and not telling me about other things that were wrong. They are incompetent as mechanics when I found out what was really wrong with the car. Only trust this place with oil changes. That's it. You've been warned."
"We are on vacation and a coolant line broke. We were stuck between Maggie valley and Cherokee. We found you on line and called. You gave us the name of a tow company. You worked our car in ahead of some others. We greatly appreciate the time and care to get the car back on the road. Again thanks"
"The manager, Paul, was great and the employees too. We were on vacation and had a flat, they replaced our tire and had us in and out quickly. Was a real good price on the tire and labor, definitely did not try to take advantage of out of town people. If you are out of town and visiting Cherokee or Maggie Valley area and have a flat, this is the place to go. I had a flat on highway 19 towards Cherokee and had to ride on it for a couple miles before I could find a place to get off highway and riding on it flat destroyed the tire. After getting the flat changed, I found a Cherokee Police Officer who recommended this business and said he trusted this business and that was all I needed to hear to know where to go."
"Me and my husband were celebrating our anniversary and our truck stopped. We needed a battery and called this place, but we got here 15 minutes before closing time but the open sign was lite and bay doors were open. The owner or worker was outside smoking and my husband got out of the truck and they talked. My husband got back in the truck and said the guy told him “we’re about to close “. And wouldn’t let us out of towers buy a dang battery. I for one, couldn’t do someone like that…. They just talked on the phone and it literally took us 3 minutes to get to him. He should’ve told us on the phone he was closing. No compassion for people that really needed help right then. SMH"
