"On Wednesday, November 9, 2023, my husband and I had a flat tire on our truck, and being out of state, we didn't know where would be the best place to go. We first went to the Volunteer Chevrolet dealership, and they were of little to no help... no tire in stock and not much willingness from them to help us. My husband came across Five Oaks when looking for tire places. He called them and let's just say, it was a reassuring, willing to help conversation...we drove there and we were expecting to have to drop the truck off, but we were told to stay put and they'd take care of it right away. They did just that! We were in and out within an hour, if that, with some really nice, not outrageously priced tires (we ended up replacing not only the flat tire, but both back tires!) Those guys are amazing! Customer service is truly commendable!!"

"Discovered one tire low before departing for trip home from a short Smoky Mountain holiday. Found Five Oaks Tires in Google maps and saw many good reviews. When I arrived, I was promptly greeted, and a technician confirmed the low tire pressure and suggested the tire be leak tested. A wait time of one hour was stated before they could start on the job due to current work in progress. I agreed to this plan since the problem needed to be fixed. My wife and I waited in the car until they were ready to take the car into the shop. After a time, I was informed the work was complete. A small nail hole was discovered and repaired. The entire duration of the wait and work was less than 45 minutes – a pleasant surprise. The next pleasant surprise was the low cost of the repair. As we were out of town travelers in a resort town, I was concerned we would be taken advantage of. This was not the case as the cost was similar to what I would have expected at any tire shop. We were on a way faster and cheaper than expected. I am deducting one star because the tire was inflated to 40 psi instead of the correct 32 psi when I checked after arriving home. This slight overinflation was not a safety issue for one day, but uneven tire wear would have resulted over time if not corrected. However, I would not hesitate to use Five Oaks Tire in the future."
