"The chocolate and other items are fantastic, as we visited multiple times during our trip to Bryson City and then went back to get some gifts for our friends and family. While there to get the gift boxes, the girl with the dark hair and nose septum piercing was so rude and acted completely incompetent when I asked her to put some items in one box and then ordered more items for a different box (for two separate orders). I made it simple, by ordering everything at once for box #1 and then everything after that for box #2, but when I asked her to put it in a box and two separate bags, she had a bad attitude and acted like I was asking way too much of her. She said it wouldn’t fit in the box and tossed me the receipt, leaving me to pack my items up myself, as she went to help the other customer. Why couldn’t she have just put them in a bigger box, like I know they have? She was so incredibly rude! Thank goodness we only had the one encounter with her during the multiple visits. The other employees were so helpful!"

"The Chocolate Shoppe is a MUST when in/around Bryson City. It’s a magical little shop full of so many yummy treats. We purchased so many different items that I really can’t recommend anything because it was ALL so good! The employees were amazing and friendly, even with quite a few people in the shoppe. The Chocolate Carmel Corn, chocolate items, and fudge is amazing! Definitely put this little gem on your list when strolling Bryson City."
