Starbucks

"I enjoy this Starbucks because usually the staff is kind and the service is fast and comes with a smile. I’ve never had a problem with this location so I would definitely recommend this location to anyone who enjoys Starbucks coffee. My recommendation is an iced chai latte which I get everyday."

"If I could give this place no stars I would. After waiting 20 minutes in line to order they are out of almost everything. The cashier said they are out of hot teas, hazelnut, sugar cookie syrup, they can’t make blended drinks and they are out of caramel. That is literally almost what their entire menu is made up of. They had tons of unhappy customers. Especially those who waited in the drive through even longer only to find this out."

"Drink was made well. However, when I stopped, the wait was at least 20 or close to 30 minutes just for a drink, close to noon on a weekday. I can imagine how awful it must be earlier in the morning! The staff was very kind while dealing with other impatient people who were waiting, which I commend them for. They really need more Starbucks or other coffee shops in the area - this place is way too swamped to be able to provide proper service in a smaller location."

"We were told it would be 15 minutes which is fine, the place was packed. After placing our order, they told us it would be 30 minutes. In this time I jave watched the drive-through line cycle through at least 60 cars. There's about 8 of us in the store. The total wait time was 49 minutes. Absolutely horrendous. Clearly they are not prioritizing customers appropriately. I will definitely be going to Black Rifle the rest of my stay and all future stays here."

"The lady at drive thru window was very rude. When we asked for a water cup she stated she was too busy to grab us a water even though we were paying customers. There was only 1 other car in line and would have taken her 2 seconds. We choose Starbucks because of the atmosphere and service, there’s far better coffee at other coffee shops. Will not be coming back here."
