"Called 3 days in advance. Waited till 2 hours till they were supposed to deliver our furniture to try and get all the paper work done. So they didn’t deliver our furniture on the scheduled date. Gave us our bed but then called us to inform our bed is in “bad condition” and will send another one. Then said they’d deliver the rest of our furniture the next day at a certain time and and didn’t. Showing up 2 hours late. We will never use this company again."

"Nothing but problems with this place! I called to make a payment just for them to tell me it wasn't due and I was paid up a week. A few weeks ago they were saying I was over $400 behind(wasn't true). After me fussing she said it's a mess up in the system that I am not ahead or behind on payments. All in all I see that no one in this place knows what they're talking about. The system is always messed up. I'm not going back to rent a center for anything. I honestly don't want to keep dealing with them now. They've been a hassle the entire time I've received items from them. Starting with me getting my stuff. They didn't even have the bolts or pieces were missing from the items I got. It's just been a huge mess and I'm sick of it."

"I ordered a laptop and haven't received it yet but I had to come here to say I was dealing with a younglady named Jaylen on the phone and she really was such a pleasure to deal with. Some of the details got changed and I almost decided against the laptop but because Jaylen handled it so well I decided to go with it when normally I would of probably just walked away. I've hired so many people in my time and she is one I would of kept. Such a pleasure to deal with. Thank you Jaylen for all you do! Don't change!!"

"I received a dish washer from them a few months back, it stopped working a couple of weeks after we had it, I kept making the payments because I could afford it, when it was picked up I told them I couldn't afford the payments due to a change in my husband's job situation. Now, my husband is being harassed and sp is my family because it was infested. I have told them multiple times that we cannot afford the payments at this time and we currently do not have the dishwasher but I'm still being harassed about the payments when it's not in my home. Not to mention when I got the dishwasher, it took a month to get it, and when it was taken out of the box, the screws on the outside were not all the same screws, someone had taken it apart prior to us having it! After my other stuff is paid off, we will not be returning!"
