"They've messed up the past 4 times I've been to this location consecutively. The first time I can forgive, but 4 times in a row? At this point, It's just willful negligence. First time, I asked for hot sauce, and they gave me honey mustard. Second time, they advertise that they're open till 11 pm on Saturday. I showed up around 10:30 pm only to receive no service. I then called to ask if they're open to which they replied "we closed early due to a staffing issue." When they're 5 cars outside in the parking lot? 3rd time I ordered a 5 piece chicken supreme only to receive 4 pieces. And for this most recent visit, I ordered a large fry with my meal only to get a medium fry? Willful negligence."

"The employee at the window decided to lie to me about the normal drink size so that they could charge me more. The worst thing you can do in customer service is lie to the customer specifically so you can take more of their money. Hoping the employee, manager, or whoever is responsible for that practice is reprimanded."

"Surprisingly this place was not your typical fast food restaurant. My sister had me try Bo Rounds for the first time. The server was really nice and gave us the Cajun seasoning on the side. They came out quickly and were warm, slightly crispy on the outside, and not greasy at all, though also didn't seem too dry. The restaurant was bright and clean as well. As a vegan I probably won't purposefully visit again but it's good to know there's at least one thing on the menu I could get in a pinch!"
