"This was the worst Krystal I have ever picked up at in Madisonville. I'll stick with Lenoir city and West Knoxville locations..food was not fresh!"

"Pulled in to get some lunch all employees were outside smoking. Went to drive through ordered my food. Pulled up to the window paid the lady gave me wrong receipt and wrong change back then got mad when I asked about it so I asked for my money back and will not be going back to this location. Beware people I believe she was trying to make her some extra money."

"Me and my family came here to enjoy some Krystal burgers and we didn't enjoy them I asked about something on the menu and I got I don't know we ordered us some food and the food and drinks was awful I would not recommend this place to anyone Madisonville Krystal is awful. If it was me I would close this awful place down I have never had food that bad they was not dressed well 1 was going out smoke, smoking that's all he was worried about."

"We ordered a 5 krystal combo with chili cheese fries. The krystals were old. You could tell they had been sitting on the grill for quite some time as the buns were soggy. The meat was dried out. The chili cheese fries were only half full and someone got a little crazy with the shredded cheese. You couldn't even see the fries. The quality of food for the price has gone drastically downhill. The price for a combo with two chicks, a small fry and a drink is $8.99."
