Chick-fil-A

"Went to Chick-fil-A to pick up my mobile order, when I got there, I was informed that they were out of the mac & cheese that I ordered, so I asked them to cancel the order because that was pretty much all I had on it, they seem surprised when I said that, and didn't know how to cancel the order, I had to cancel it. How can 2 different chic fil a's be out of one of the most popular things. But when I left it was 8:55, I went about a mile down the road to get some food, and suprise suprise, they were closed early, so I went back to chic fil a in Maryville to get a gallon of lemonade(it was the other item on my order) but the drive thru had already been blocked (it was 8:59), so I went to go in and the doors were already locked, there were many people inside. I can say I'm extremely dissatisfied with both Alcoa and Maryville locations. It seems like there is very poor planning and way to much eagerness not to serve "the community" like chic fil a claims."

"Delicious food, my aunt went here and then when she already ordered she forgot her purse at home so she said she would go back to get it but the Chick-fil-A workers paid for her meal! 5 stars! Great service, rarely any mistakes with food! I recommend the chicken sandwich (#1) it’s delicious, especially with the Chick-fil-A sauce!"

"I would usually give this establishment 5 stars all around..... Super friendly & efficient staff.... Everything always very clean and orderly... But I went through their drive-thru around 7:05a.m. sat morning. There was 1 single vehicle already at the order pickup/pay window.... Which I only saw one small bag go into his truck..... I myself got a minis combo.... And realistically I was in there drive thru almost 10 minutes..... The worst part was ... As I pulled up to the window there we're a couple employees to standing and talking right inside while the one young lady had only took my payment but was the one who bagged up my order and brought it to me. Then as I finally got to pull away from the window, as I was passing the dining room I could see two tables each with three to four employees all sitting and eating what I presume was breakfast. I don't understand why I had to wait almost 10 minutes with one single customer in front of me who also just got one single meal when there were so many employees in the building, in uniform And obviously on the clock, just not working. As I stated this was out of the ordinary for this chain but nonetheless it was an extremely unpleasant experience."

"Like other reviews, the slowest Chick-fil-A I’ve ever been to, even when the line is short. Plus has gotten orders wrong in the past. I hate writing negative reviews but it’s consistently this way."

"This location is the slowest dang Chick-fil-A I've ever been to. Usually they are super-efficient in getting customers in and out of the drive through despite being super busy all the time. I would know because I used to work at a super high traffic location elsewhere and we kicked butt at getting people in and out quick. And if we had people waiting that long, we'd give them a complimentary dessert card for the inconvenience. This one however, every time I've came here I'm sitting in the line for freaking ever. Its now been multiple times. It should not take 25 minutes from start to finish to get an ice cream cone. Not even a sorry for the wait when I get to the window. Smh, do better guys."
