"STRONGLY RECOMMEND FINDING SOMEPLACE ELSE unless you have tons of time to verify all the parts are included and make multiple trips back and forth to the store until you have an appliance that works. If you have hired someone to install the appliance like we did today and then the dishwasher didn't have the power cord (required a special one for that brand) and water intake hose that were not included nor do they sell them or even warn their customer in advance because JH Appliance does not check them before they are sold to make sure they work, your costs may go through the roof! This resulted in running back across town trying to get the missing parts which were not available, then finding another appliance store to get the dishwasher while my installer was charging by the hour waiting for me or would have needed to make another trip. Even after talking with the owner and explaining the situation, they were only willing to refund what we paid for the dishwasher but not cover the cost to deliver, bring it back to the store, or share in any way for the additional costs incurred with my installer. If you do not mind having to make multiple trips and just want a great deal on some used appliances even if it comes with a lot of trouble and challenges trying to figure out what is missing and how to fix it, then JH APPLIANCE is your place. Otherwise, BUYER BEWARE!"

"DEFINITELY recommend!! We went to get a refrigerator and a oven. First off, I realized I would get there 5 minutes to closing, so I gave them a call. They stayed open for me! We then got home and plugged in the stove and it was throwing an error code. I called the store and let them know and the next day (not even 24 hours later) they brought me a brand new stove which was even nicer than the one we bought. Super great people and company. Will be using them for anything else I need!!"

"I bought a refrigerator that was semi new about $700 the refrigerator did not work. I only had it for about two weeks. I went back to the store to let them know what was going on the daughter and sister of the owner were disrespectful and very rude. I had to wait three months until the warranty took effect. This place has the worst service ever. If your paying this much for a refrigerator just buy a new one!!!! Would not recommend this place to no one."
