"I had a really enjoyable, effortless purchase with Richard and his boss at the Hickory store last night. They took care of me quickly and got my washer and dryer delivered for me in 3 days. It would have been sooner if I would have gotten there a little earlier. The low monthly payment really worked out with my budget. Can't wait to get my washer dryer paid off so I can get a nice new bedroom set! They have some beautiful things in their showroom! Ask for Mr Fish he's super nice and very helpful! My credit wasn't the best but they were able to work with me so I was very pleased! This same washer and dryer would have cost me three times more if I would have went to Aaron's! And the payments would have been four times what I'm paying at Conn's!"

"As soon as we walked in, we were greeted really well with hellos from several employees.Olivia Moyle was the first to approach us. Olivia is a young, very polite person. She went out of her way to make sure we were as comfortable as possible while we browsed the store. At no time did she ever try to lead us or push us towards a product. She also went above and beyond to find us the best possible deals for the product we purchased. Including delivery fees! Although I do not recall the floor manager's name. He was also very pleasant and helpful with any questions we may have had. Over all, the experience was very comfortable and easy. Even had a few laughs along the way. Thanks guys.
