"I don’t know how anyone can hear caramel Frappuccino and mistake that for caramel macchiato. Red head girl was clueless. Target employee she asked to help her give me a refund didn’t seem much more clued in. Not sure why it’s so hard to pull up the last transaction and give cash back. Sheesh.."

"I've never had an issue getting my trenta drink with light ice no dried berries. Its been my go to for 4+yrs and this has to be the worst. The photo shows the "full" drink fresh from the barista's hands, even after I said it looked like it needed more. Its far too tart, the normal color is a deep pink."
