"Chris is a cool guy he was courteous before servicing me thanking the big group of women for coming in even though they were slightly rude and didn’t say anything back. The entire team is kind. I enjoy coming to the location here over some other locations"

"Worst service I’ve ever experienced at a Starbucks. The actual store was closed forcing every one through the drive through. We ended up waiting 30 min to get a soy latte and banana loaf. After picking up our drink we realized it was a coffee and not a latte, we walked it up to the window where the window attendant said she couldn’t take the coffee from us nor give us our latte through the window. Instead of offering to bring it out to us she told us we would need to get back in line. Seeing as we just spent $7 for the latte, we got back in line. After another 30 minutes we get our drink, we check the label see that it says soy latter and drive off. But no, after I let the drink cool, I take a sip and find that it isn’t a soy latte but instead a regular latte made with milk. Don’t go to this Starbucks. Worst customer service ever."

"This is a go to spot for me and sometimes my daughter. And although there are several negative reviews in my opinion I love this location. The staff is friendly and always lets you know if there is a wait for drinks. They deal with a plethora of sometimes impatient people that seem to forget that coffee spots can get busy quickly. And no matter how rude the customer they always seem to handle it gracefully. My drinks are always super hot and always taste wonderful. Although I can't say the same for the other locations. I have nothing but great things to say about this staff and location. For how busy it is I would say they keep it pretty clean. Rarely do I see it dirty and that is only if it's crazy busy and they are understaffed as most places are. Patience is a virtue that I feel most don't have. I highly recommend this place. Simply for the reasons stated above and the fact that they handle my sometimes rambunctious kiddo with grace. Don't let the negativity scare you off. ♥️"

"Absolutely the worst experience I have had at a Starbucks. The drive through took 5+ minutes per car for the entire 30-40 minutes I spent in the line. I ordered two simple drinks and when I arrived at the window over 20 minutes later, they hadn't even started making either one. There was no "sorry for your wait," just curtly stating the price and holding a hand for payment. There was zero sense of urgency. They were chatting about their personal lives and making drinks very slowly. The girl in the headset was literally just standing there since there were 5+ minutes between orders, and she wasn't helping with anything. I sat at the window for the entire time it took to make both of my drinks, one at a time, slower than I have ever seen them made at any Starbucks in my life. If I hadn't been stuck in line with a car behind me, I would absolutely have left. I will never return to this location."

"This is a smaller Starbucks, with 5-6 outdoor tables and 3-4 indoor. Parking lot is ample, because of location inside a small strip mall. Drive-through looks a bit tight and unwieldy. Mobile service was great. Staff was friendly. Not a location I can imagine people working on laptops for hours, because of size and limited seating."
