"3 cars in the drive through and they gave me the wrong coffee. I had to drive all the way back and they couldn't even muster an apology. 2 stars since the original person who took my order was nice at least."

"Just wanted to take a moment to shout of the partners working on Saturday 10/21 ! I’m a visiting partner so I love to stop in to new stores whenever I’m out and about. I stopped into this location and immediately felt so welcomed by the team here. They were very busy but they were hustling the entire time from what I saw while I waited for my drink, which was not long at all. Make sure to take sometime to appreciate them because they truly deserve it !"

"I've never had the food and I only use the drive thru. While the service is excellent I just don't ever seem to get the correct drink coming through the window. I ALWAYS order the same thing a frappacino with 1 pump and a drizzle of chocolate across the whipped cream. Not very complicated but they never seem to master it. I'll a chocolate blob or a little coffee in the chocolate and even a cup that has had the cup lined in chocolate and an inch of it on the bottom."

"Nice starbucks, convient to several doctors offices, however, in the morning I studied here, it was very cold. It was a chilly morning and the cold pushed into the whole seating area every time the front door opened. I wore my coat inside pretty much the whole time. (Ft. My own meal prepped breakfast because starbucks does not have a meal/snack option that is dairy, soy, and gluten free)"
