"My husband and I went here to shop for our daughters. I was hesitant at first because it's dark and you have to walk in this fake building thing to get in. But, I'm glad we did. The place was clean and well organized. I was most impressed with the staff. Every single staff member spoke to us and offered to help. They were all so nice and friendly."
"Love Hollister but I won’t be back until the pandemic is over . The Hickory location is not enforcing masks and is allowing way more customers in the store than the 25 person limit . When confronting the store manager about why they were not enforcing masks she replied with “we can’t because they could have a medical condition” . Meanwhile , upstairs , American Eagle has no problem enforcing masks . Just be prepared to catch COVID if shopping at this Hollister location !"
"Absolutely love this store.. shop here every chance I get. The quality of there clothes are unbelievable. Yes some things may be pricey but the length of time you own and wear the clothing makes up for that... Also love the smell of the store..just saying"
