"Ordered one pizza at 7:45pm tonight, started tracking my order and at 9:pm, although pizza was out for delivery was all of a sudden cancelled. Called store, spoke to “supposedly” female manager who said I’d have to take the matter up with Grubhub and then hung up on me!!! I will NEVER order from this establishment again. They need to learn customer service skills!!!!! Still not sure why pizza was cancelled when I was tracking it! Worst customer service I’ve EVER experienced and will NOT EVER order from this place again! Ordered from Domino’s and had my pizza within 20 minutes!!!!!!!"

"Placed online order . My oorser was scheduled 30-40mins. I the. Get message says DoorDash will deliver 30-40mins later. I called and canceled order. Door dash keep’s messaging if I wanted to door dash I would’ve definitely had something better delivered. I expected a papa John’s employee to deliver . Dominos always delivers quick and on time never sends DoorDash. Orders shouldn’t be sent out DoorDash if they weren’t ordered DoorDash"

"Ordered delivery to home. The delivery arrived on time, and my order was correct. The pizza and garlic knots were good. I usually do not have any issues when I order from Papa John's."

"This place is extremely slow. Save yourself some time and go to Domino's. I ordered online here and was told 20 minutes. Food took over 45 minutes. I only ordered a cheese pizza and a pineapple pizza. Nothing hard. In the future I would rather use someone faster even if I have to give up a little quality. Hello Little Caesars."

"Both pizzas I ordered were very poorly topped. Which wasn’t enough for me to complain or waste my time on doing a review. BUT ! I found a hair intertwined in the cheese. This is disgusting! Never will I ever come here again . (Picture shows a partial of the hair since it broke off ) Also just for reference I ordered pineapple and beef as well as mushrooms and jalapeños on my pizza and I can only see one chunk of pineapple on that picture and 2-3 of beef . 20 bucks for a pizza from here isn’t worth it unless you like thick hair to be replacing your toppings ."
