"Gerald is the owner and I believe to have the best service in Burke County. They have never done me wrong. I have been a customer for 18 years. I also buy my tires here."
"Great work-always have vehicle service completed on time and if they don’t need to repair/replace something that you were quoted in price, they tell you it wasn’t necessary and your bill is less. Also really check your vehicle for any other issues. Definitely care about their customers."
"Went for an alignment on my 2004 dodge durango. I must say that the job was done VERY wonderful by the older man. He was a sweetheart who literally went above and beyond in this very difficult alignment. The lady I paid was just as friendly and a man in tires answered questions for me. Cheapest place around for sure. I'll definitely be going back."
"I went in so they could figure out what was wrong with my car and the customer service was awesome. I have an Ignition Interlock in my car also called a Blow-n-go and they were willing to work with me because having one of those can make it difficult to find some place to work on your car because you have to blow in it to start and stop the vehicle, especially in a smaller town. So I was very satisfied and I'm taking my car to them next week to get it all fixed."
"Extremely nice lady in the office. She was a pleasure to wait with while they did my work. She was very accommodating, letting me use the wifi and power outlet to do my school work while I waited. Also, for the record, they were recommended to me by the Morganton Dodge Dealer service department. I really like the guy, very honest man. His recommendation is why I went here to begin with. The first time, I had a wobble in my steering wheel. He was nice enough to tell me it was just my bad tires, and not charge me for looking at it. I thought that was kind and honest, and I decided to remember his generosity. (I'm bad with remembering names, sorry) The second time, I had them change out my stock bumpers for new SmittyBuilt bumpers I ordered off Amazon. He was very nice about letting me open up the bumpers with them before they were installed, just incase something was wrong and I needed to send them back. He did a fantastic job from what I can tell. So the next time I went was to have a 4in Rough Country x series suspension lift and dual steering stabilizer I ordered online installed. He seems to have done a fantastic job, she drives even better than before and looks awesome. He really seems to know what he's doing. (Sorry I don't remember your name either) I have had bad experiences letting other people touch my Jeep, but this place hasn't let me down. The dealership I bought her from actually damaged the interior (looking at you King Suzuki of Hickory) and refused to replace the parts they destroyed. A tire shop *cough* Marion Tire *cough* actually put my lug nuts on so tight, that when I tried to rotate my tires it broke the wheel studs, and he openly admitted they do not use a torque wrench when I was irate and confronted him. The owner then berated me that as a woman I have no business touching my own Jeep and that I should pay them to do everything. My point is, I am VERY picky now about who touches my Jeep. Well the nice guys at Custom Alignment have never talked down to me for being a woman or for doing my own thing and I really appreciate that. They have always been polite and listened to what I have to say, and been happy to educate me when I have questions. So far from what I can tell they did a great job, and I don't see anything messed up or damaged. Oh he also asked me if I had any problems with anti freeze leaking. I didn't think I had cause the fluid had never been low, so I told him no and he didn't push the subject. I had washed under the hood before I took it there or he would have seen it, but after I got it home and drove it some I can see it is starting to leak around the cap. So thank you for noticing that. Sorry for the long review, but I highly recommend these guys. I actually drive about 35 minutes just to go here. So long story short, great quality, and nice honest people."
