"My son ordered some chicken tenders and they were cold and mostly just breading with a small piece of chicken inside. When we expressed concern, the staff replaced them with some better ones, so that was good."

"This was a tough review, but I wanted to be fair. The food was edible, not bad but nothing incredible. The staff was having constant conversations with each other the whole time we were there. The bathrooms seemed horribly neglected and gross. Overall, not a horrible experience, but certainly wasn't blown away. It's not hard to see why a restaurant looks fairly empty and I believe the combination of service and cleanliness were certainly factors."

"Everything was chaotic! I was there picking up an order, and they were so busy running around doing nothing but going back to the office to find out if they could all go on break. They wouldn't listen to the management on duty. They just did their own thing. The drive thru was lined up, and here I am, stuck waiting on an order that should have been ready before I arrived. It took them 20 mins to get it ready. Very sad..."

"The larger lady with glasses at the window has terrible customer service skills and is so rude. She was mad because I asked my multiple orders to be put in a bag because they’re easier to carry, and that I asked for straws. She jerked the money out of my hand when paying. Will not be back. Don’t come here unless you wanted to be treated like an inconvenience for getting some food."

"Went through the drive thru at this location. The service was excellent and the food was great (fresh and hot). All at a great price. I will be back. I love Bojangles. It's Bo time."
