Burger King

"Food is not as pictured or described. No tomato, no onion, not much lettuce on Wopper Jr and barely any of the listed above on the Whopper. It was Terrible. No phone number to call and say anything. I'm tired of dealing with them even though the servers at the window are very nice. Just tired of getting poor food and get home with it and can't even tell them. I'm sure this was my last visit."

"This is a new Burger King at the corner of i-40 and 226. Because my autistic son loves BK, we were excited that a new BK was located here. We drive from Greensboro to Spruce Pine every Friday and return on Sunday. We have a weekend home in Little Switzerland. However, after the first few weeks of their opening, we've noticed that the service in drive through is now nearly non-existent. We have tried several times over the last several months to order through drive-thru on our way to our mountain house. After pulling up, no one takes our order. Last weekend, I decided to look inside the store. There were at least 4 employees in the store, but when I entered, they all fled to the back of the store. Very bizarre. I don't know what is going on, but it's obvious that the owner/franchisee is not managing this store. I suspect the store will either be closed or sold to another franchisee in the next year. No customer was there and I think the word is out that service can't be had at this store and people are just collecting paychecks. If you have 4 employees and I'm the only customer there and you can't even be bothered to take an order, something is very wrong."

"I stopped by on my way home from work, because my wife was not feeling well. So I ordered for all of us. When I got home, I found that my sandwich was not there. The rest of my family at least got their food, but all I had was my fries. I was charged for it as receipt below shows. I’m not impressed, and I had no desire to drive 15 minutes down the road and back to probably spend close to the same amount of money in gas just to get the order fixed."

"Ordered a Whopper Jr, (paid cash, did not get a receipt) with extra lettuce, extra onion, no mayo, light ketchup, tomato, no cheese or pickles. (R) They didn't get it right at all, a dab of ketchup, no tomatoes, no extra anything. I took it back and they made me another (L) and this time just threw a tomato in, and no extra anything again! Look at what heavy extra gets you. It's pathetic! Worst experience so far, and it's constantly like this. I'm totally done with fast food at this point. Never doing BK again. You hire cheap help and we get lousy service. Don't bother replying, you don't anyway. You can't even contact this store or corporate to complain"

"This was a very new Burger King. It was so new that the lobby was closed because they needed more employees to hire. The drive through was not accessible for my Rv so I walked up to the window and gave my order. I’ve never had an order fixed so quickly. Unfortunately the kind lady at the register forgot the Hershey pie. Don’t feel bad, it was several hours later before I remembered I ordered it. But she made up for it because my dogs were happy. We win some and we loose some. And I’m happy too."
