"This has got to be the worst Hardee’s ever!!! Dirty looking employees, manager and staff outside smoking something not sure what. Set at the speaker with no answer. Drove away they were still outside like no one was there."

"I am a huge fan of the Mushroom Swiss burger from Hardee's. I always get mine withe extra mushrooms, add lettuce & pickles. My husband REFUSES to go to any Hardee's due to the fact that something ALWAYS goes wrong withe the order when he does. It's been MONTHS since I've been able to convince him to go, and he was in a good mood today and decided, "Yeah, you know what? I'll get her the buger she loves since I'm over here by it, anyway." Oooof. When I say that it went wrong, it went WRONG: The burger did have the lettuce, but only had ONE SINGLE PICKLE on the bottom left of the patty. My fries from the large combo that he ordered for me were nonexistent. The kids meal fries were in the bag, but half of them were stuck together and not cooked alle the way, whilst the other half of them were oil-soaked and barely salted. They were also not even warm. (My burger was warm, though!) Needless to say, our child who loves fries was VERY disappointed. They were out of straws. When we tried to call and alert them to the fact that we were missing food and that the order wasn't correct, their phone just rang off the hook. No answering machine to pick up, either, just a very loud singular tone at the end of the ringing sound that hurts your ears. I suppose if you just *ignore* the phone, you can't be told that you're doing something wrong, right? Before anyone comes at me withe the whole "You don't know what it's like working fast food" bit, back it up. I most certainly do know what it's like. I've worked front, drive thru, fry cook and line cook. I understand completely how hectic it can be and that mistakes happen. As an employee in any fast food restaurant, you do your best to get things right, and when things aren't right, you acknowledge your customer and fix it. This is CONSISTENT withe our local Hardee's. If it weren't for the Mushroom & Swiss burger, we wouldn't even go. Do. BETTER. Its possible. Answering the phone is the bare minimum of customer service."

"Absolute worst Hardee’s I’ve ever been too and this review has been about 2 years in the making. I’ve been by here at least 10-15 times over the last couple years and every time I wait at least 5 minutes for anyone to even answer the intercom. Then it takes anywhere between 15-20 minutes to get ONE biscuit extremely rude on top of everything I don’t know how this place is still open."

"Excessively long wait, approx 10 minutes, a few had been waiting prior to our arrival. Possible staffing due to the way the shift spoke down to staff. General manager spent time on phone walking the troubleshooting issue at another location. Breakfast biscuits were just like any other Hardee’s. French toast sticks meh, syrup was awful. Hash rounds were under cooked."

"06JAN22 ~ It was a good visit, thank you. The interior eating area was spotless & well organized (Though the bathroom was a disaster!). The woman that took our order was pleasant and well spoken. My food was as I ordered it, tasted good, and was hot."
