"Came in from Dallas Tx and helped by Ashley, she was very polite, willing to make sure my order was correct. She even apologized for the wait. She was very sweet and I truly appreciate her customer service. Kudos to Ashley to being pleasant to customers even on a busy night."

"Alright, the food's on point, no doubt. But here's the kicker – for a so-called "fast" food spot, you're looking at least a 10-minute wait for your meal. That's why I'm not throwing in the full 5 stars. But, hey, if you're chill with waiting and craving a killer grilled chicken sandwich, this place has got your back."

"I ordered a five piece, classic chicken, tender meal, fries, and a chicken sandwich on the 26 on lunch. They gave me spicy chicken tenders, and the fries were extremely cold. I called and called and called to get someone to pick up at the restaurant and no one did so I had to go back to work so the next time I was around the store which happens to be a week later I went in to see if they would replace the chicken tenders at least. The manager was extremely rude and wouldn’t even notice me until she walked up and act like I was trying to steal something. She made the comment that they don’t answer their phones or provide good customer service if that I was very patient until she said, do you know who he spoke to you, and I told her no one because no one answers the phone, so I then said don’t worry about it. I asked to speak to a corporate manager or number and she had no clue who that was or do they even have a store manager working in the building and will not give me names or nothing I would at least spend $100 a month at that place , we’re not anymore they have a small business I recommend not going."

"Whoever was working at like 7:30pm tonight, I want to say well done! I'm so happy with my order. They seemed super short staffed, maybe three people. But they were all so nice and friendly had a great attitude and drew cute stuff on my box. Could not have been happier. Food was fresh, and they threw in some extra tenders for the wait. Ugh love that staff y'all so real for that. I will come kiss the hands that drew that tbh."
