"Came through the drive through at 7:30 ish to pick up an order. One of my first times door dashing, I'm left at the window for a few minutes until a young woman with glasses comes up slams the window open and says "can I help you" In a super snotty tone.. I told her "hi I have an order" and showed her, she threw rhe window back, came back and pretty much put the order in my face and said "You have to come inside next time" and slammed the window and walked away.. first experience at this place and dashing. Very friendly lol"

"Absolutely RUDE!!!! SO FREAKING RUDE!!! how do they not have change at 1 IN THE AFTERNOON?! Like excuse me? And the manager is a really rude person so so disrespect. She came to the window ready to cause problems and did NOTHING to solve the simple issue of change. Customer service SUCKS. I cannot believe this place is still up and going. SUCKS. very inexperienced management. Has NO CLUE how to run a buisness and VERY unprofessional."

"As a rule, I never leave bad reviews. However in this case I think it's warranted. I have been a Tropical Smoothie Cafe customer for a long time, and I loved going, but today I went and got a smoothie. A couple of sips in, I found something hard and sharp on my tongue. It looks like a jagged piece of plastic from a blender or cambro container. I was alarmed. I called the store to let them know and explained that I wasn't upset, I just wanted to let them know in case there was an issue with a blender they hadn't discovered. I was offered a refund, but I wasn't worried about that. The person I spoke to didn't seem concerned at all. Didn't ask when I came in or what my name was, didn't ask any follow up details or act even remotely concerned. I'm only leaving a review so that someone can hopefully investigate this and figure out what the issue is so that someone else doesn't choke or get otherwise harmed by ingesting plastic."

"Hands down, the best place in the area to get a smoothie. The staff are friendly, and most importantly, the smoothies are delicious! They have a great selection on the menu, and are often able to accommodate orders that aren't on the menu specifically. The prices are very reasonable, the smoothies are just the right size, and the flavors are great!"
