"I wanted to give them one star but the barista this morning redeemed the one from yesterday. I’m very understanding as I have worked as a Starbucks Barista for over two years and I know miscommunications happen but can someone who works with Sumer please tell her an iced white chocolate mocha and and iced coffee with white mocha are not the same? She charged me 6.84 for a drink that is normally under 5 dollars. I understand prices are rising and you told me you charged me for an iced coffee but the receipt clearly says iced white chocolate mocha. For next time, its the iced coffee button and add white mocha which I know is an extra 80 cents and you should too. I’m really disappointed Sumer didn’t attempt to listen and just stonewalled me. Mistakes happen, and I can understand why she didn’t make my drink when I walked away to buy lunch because she thought I was getting a refund which I would’ve if I had time. She did make my drink after I came back although I had to wait for her to make the drinks of the people who ordered after me. I did my best to explain I wanted the brewed iced coffee not the drink with espresso and milk as well. I don’t know how to make it more clear and didn’t want to be condescending. I’ve never had problems with the other Starbucks in this area. I don’t know if she had a bad day or what but I’m hoping she charges me correctly next time."
