"Stopped here to get some chicken nuggets for my kids, seen one of their employees staggering around the parking lot at the drive thru weaving all over the place and talking to the sky, obviously methed up. Promptly left the drive thru. Sat, Feb 10th. 1pm."

"Food was terrific. Drive thru cashier, Toni, couldn’t stop looking/messaging on her cell phone long enough to look at me until I mentioned I hadn’t been told the total. Once she looked at it and let me know, right back to looking at the phone, hand out for my card. Folks here are usually quite friendly. I’m hoping whatever was going on for Toni on the phone was not a bad situation."

"I've been to this Wendy's 3 times. Everyone I've come in contact with has been very rude. The food was cold, and the bread was hard. My sister asked if she could do 2 separate orders, and the guy told her, "No, not this late." It was 7pm. My sister just did her order and then went to drive around to order mine. The guy hangs out the drive-through window and starts screaming and waving his arms that she can't park anywhere near the drive-through because it was employee parking only. She wasn't even trying to park. She was trying to get out of the drive-through to place the second order. We ordered the second order against our better judgment. Needless to say, that will be the last time this Wendy's gets our business. I understand things happen, and people are short staffed, but it took us 35 minutes to get 2 orders that were cold because he refused to take both from the same car at the drive-through. Then, he proceeded to yell at us for trying to drive back through. This is just poor customer service."

"The service was ok. I think they may have been short handed(just like every other fast food chain seems to be at the moment) but the gentleman taking our order was very pleasant and doing the very best he could to make our visit accommodating. We have eaten at this particular Wendy’s for years and the food has been excellent. However, today’s meal was absolutely horrible. Never have we experienced such terrible food. I know they can do better. Not sure we’ll ever be back."
