"I’m writing this on behalf of my daughter because she’s been in the hospital and they show no compassion. Long story short she’s had the flu been in the hospital with both kids also having the flu , the night theycome home and was sleeping they start banging on her door at 8pm looking through her windows. I honestly was so scared and so was my autistic grand child, and to make matter worse he covered her peephole so I couldn’t see , so I definitely wasn’t answering the door. There was also no business truck or any sign that this was Aaron’s at the door! All I know is a random man shows up banging I should have called the cops."
"Even though they really overcharge (as all rent to own places do), I used to think that they were okay until recently. My husband bought a riding lawnmower there. When he made his final payment he was sold an extended warranty, if he continued making monthly payments on the warranty. To sell the warranty, the salesman stated that as long as he was paying on the warranty, the lawnmower was covered. On July 5th, Aaron's took out the payment. On July 7th, my husband called because the lawnmower wasn't working correctly. He was told that the warranty expired July 2nd. This month, they took money from the account again. They have been called multiple times about this, but no one working ever knows anything, and will have "a manager" call back. No one ever calls back. Looks like the BBB will be the only way to stop them from continued theft from my bank account."
"This place is rude. They have a delivery guy who loves to tell you all the problems at that store while cussing and bad mouthing the other employees. Refused to help me with the understanding of the item. But didnt mind being late. Even though talking to the store manager he clearly seen he was in traffic for 10 mins(due to gps). But showed up an hour late?? The store is barely 15 mins from my door to theres. There was only one item(my item) in the truck. Store manager isnt helpful either.just thinks you want free stuff I want the item gone and they can keep the contract and stick it else where. Not wanting free stuff. Stay away from this place. You'll be paying double the price you can buy it for and getting attitude and disrespectful employees at your house."
"Employees are friendly and helpful for the most part...but here's where my problem lies. I went in to add a laptop to the contract I already have with them. I knew exactly what I wanted and made it really simple (since I walked in 30 min before they close). While the computer is supposedly new, it's also the floor model (I don't consider that new) and when I got it home I discovered it's password protected and I can't even begin to set it up until I'm able to call them when they open in the morning. Obviously they were in a hurry to get me out the door since they didn't bother to reset the device before shoving it in a box and sending me on my way with it. :("
"Horrible experience except for the phone call I received from the district manager, he was professional and engaging. This may be my fault but, they never informed me that I would be getting used and beat up furniture and TV. TV doesn't work properly and furniture is put together to where it literally sways back and forth if anyone attempts to use it. They should have told me. no way I am over paying for used broken furniture and TV. Just can't bring myself to do it. I have them coming and picking the merchandise up."
