"I absolutely cannot say enough good things regarding our experience with this Firestone location. While still a few hrs from home returning from a trip, we ran into the need for immediate repairs on our van. Even though it was a Sunday afternoon and almost closing time at their shop, every employee there pitched in and worked together to get our vehicle roadworthy. Although we stated emphatically that cost would not be an issue due to the fact that we absolutely had to get home, they only charged us $50.00! We told the man checking us out how very appreciative we were for all their efforts and his response was, "You are the reason we are here and we appreciate you". 5 stars are not enough for this Firestone location."
