"I JUST WANT EVERYONE TO KNOW THAT THEY ARE NOT 24 HOURS AND HAVE NOT BEEN SINCE 2020. THEY CLOSE AT 11PM. THIS IS SO SOMEONE ELSE DOESN'T END UP WITH A SUPER UPSET 6 YEAR OLD THATS BEEN IN THE CAR FOR A FEW HOURS AND ITS 6 MINUTES PAST 11 AND YOU CAN NOT GET THEM FRENCH FRIES."

"I am a citizen of the town so my experience is based off of numerous accounts compared to a one off like someone driving by on the interstate. This McDonald's consistently is slow with service (especially in the drive-thru) and cant get orders right.. Neither I, nor the people I work with, or really anyone I know will go there, or if we do we go directly there because we know it will take most of our 40 minute break to get through ( we only work roughly 3 minutes from the establishment). One time I waited almost 20 min, that's not an exaggeration, had to go in to get my food and was told maybe someone had cleared my order from the screen. When I got to my car the fries were like cooked noodles, I went back in and asked for fresh fries (I thought I really should have received decent fries at min after 20 min) and was audibly laughed at by the crew. My son's father works there and told me that the GM was actually there that day, if that doesn't make the incompetence of management apparent I don't know what will. I know he's incompetent and I guess she is too because she was sitting at a table oblivious or just completely unconcerned to what was going on with their customers. That should matter considering these days McDonald's has forgotten there role as affordable. If you want to have prices comparable to a sit down restaurant with table service the least you could do is be fast and efficient with orders."

"Drive tru was fairly busy but inside was not. Very clean dining room and very clean bathrooms. Staff was very friendly and quick. And unlike another location, was glad to accept cash as opposed to card only. Also wasn't terrible getting on or off of interstate 40. Not a ton of choices headed west bound til you reach Ashville, so overall not a bad choice."

"Easter Sunday. Order taker had extremely poor attitude. Wouldn’t make eye contact or help customers. Food was horrible. Cold dried up fries and burgers. Burger threw together condiments all over box. Do yourself a favor and pass on this location."
