Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

"My wife had been through the drive thru on a work day and was pleased with the food. We decided to dine in on a Sunday. We walked in and there behind the register was a lady who didn't say a word to us when we approached her. We looked at the menu on the displays, one of which was not operational. I asked if the 8-piece came with a side. She said yes. I asked her if the sides are on the menu. It was my first time there and maybe I'm not seeing them, plus i didn't want to hold up the next customer. She said yes. A coworker of hers told her the display with the sides wasn't working. The cashier sighed out loud and read off the sides. I hardly understood her. By this time, I could tell my wife was ready to say something to her. We decided on our side, she rang us up, we paid, and she walked away without saying a word. Did I mention there was another customer behind us? We sat down and waited. At this point I was actually entertained with the way she was treating everyone; my wife, not so much. She then left a bag on the front counter and walked away. My wife got up to go grab it. I guess she assumed it was ours. I wanted to leave it there and wait to see how long it would take for her to tell us our food was ready. My wife opened it up, checked the contents, and signaled me to leave. I followed her out and told her we're getting a refund. I took the bag from her and walked back in and told the cashier I wanted a refund due to her poor customer service. My wife then weighed in and she began arguing with my wife. The manager got involved and began issuing the refund while the cashier continued arguing with my wife. She then told her manager she did not see us when we walked in because she was so busy, which was a lie. She told several other lies during the course of the argument, all of which her manager could verify if she cared to do so. We were issued a refund and will never go back."

"I had a really great experience at this location! I had eaten at the previous location in another state and literally did not want to come back to a Popeyes! The store is super clean, some of the freshest food I’ve ever had from a Popeyes! The manager Emily was really nice and friendly! You can tell she has really good employees!"

"Visited on my lunch break today. I went through drive thru this afternoon and the lady working was nice and helped me decide what side to buy as I wasn't sure which one because all of the sides sounded amazing. She recommended the fries and mac and cheese. I went with the fries and I wasn't disappointed. I got the spicy bacon and cheese sandwich and it was the bomb. The filet was pretty big and fit the entire bun. Service was great and fast for someone who only gets a 30 minute break. This may be my new go to on lunch breaks."

Chicken tenders were delicious and hot. Can't wait to come back. Love the atmosphere and the friendly service. Best customer service I've had lately from a fast food establishment!"

"So when to the drive-through . The lady on the intercom was rude as can be. Had to repeat myself over and over. Then got told I didn’t have to talk slow to them. We’ll order was wrong…. Guess didn’t talk slow enough. The got to the pay window and got looks from them like they wanted me to choke on the food I got. Food was old and cold. don’t eat there. Sadly I love Popeyes. Never again"
