"We got food through the drive-thru the other day. The service was amazingly fast and nice. I feel like my chicken wrap came out not as fresh as I'm used to in other places? Waffle fries are also a lot greasier, the oil is just very apparent; not sure if that's a NC thing or a one occasion thing (I'll have to try more Chick-fil-As to see). Overall, food was like ok. I also ordered chicken nuggets but got a container of grilled chicken pieces. Not sure what happened there. Still, service was amazing."

"We visited the Craggy Mountain Line for a Christmas ride and we came to this chick fil a. There are 17 people in our group. They jumped right in and took our one order for everyone. Food was out in excellent timing and everything was correct and delicious. Great staff!"

"For a fast food establishment they have their act together! Counter staff was pleasant and efficient. My good was delivered to my table in less than 5 minutes. I had the grilled chicken nuggets- they were high quality and well seasoned."

"I was stranded in Asheville NC because my car was stolen and u could not find any place to charge my phone but Chick-fil-A fed me and let me charge my phone and didn't tell me to leave like every place did before then did. I was so relieved and grateful and it still took 2 more days to get back to Knoxville tn and my car is still missing and now trying to file a police report isn't happening. So yesterday I bought a bicycle until another door opens for me."

"We ordered a large breakfast order for carry out and unfortunately we discovered an item was missing after we returned home. Chick-fil-A is usually very consistent, so we’re not that upset by it. That being said, if we’re paying $45+ for fast food breakfast for four people, I would expect the order to be correct. In terms of the food, everything tasted great! I highly recommend the Chick-fil-A biscuit or the spicy chicken biscuit. Both are really good. The restaurant interior also seemed very clean. 3/15/23 UPDATE: I submitted a missing item form via the Chick-fil-A app and the Chick-fil-A CARES team provided a free replacement menu item on my next breakfast purchase along with a free dessert. As always, Chick-fil-A goes the extra mile to make customers happy."
