"It's been a hit and miss experience at this location ever since it opened. Our waitress, Emma I believe, was very nice and did well. Fried pickles were good. BIG disappointment on the brisket. The first picture is what was brought out the first time with my "Pick 2" order, the worst I've been served anywhere. The second picture was the "correct portion" 4.5oz replacement (per the manager) not much better. The smoked wings were decent. Both my wife's ribs and baked potato were dry. I ended up getting a smoked chicken breast as a replacement but it was only mediocre. Might be a while before I go back, if I do, not sure yet. I think they need some retraining or replacements in the kitchen as continued products like this will not speak well for their future."

"Good bar type environment. Big bar and lots of TVs. They have a lot of alcohol and at least four pool tables. Food is good, I wasn’t a huge fan of what I got but I also got something weird. I’m going to try again. Definitely a good place to hang out and grab some bevs"

"Ordered food from here.. WORST, like, unbelievably terrible Mac n cheese.. literally, boiled noodles with shredded cheddar tossed on top, not even MELTED. Truly disgusting! Everything was cold and soggy. Only decent thing was the coleslaw. But seriously, don't pay for this Mac n cheese.. do yourself a favor and make it at home because I promise your toddler can cook better than that."

"A rare over the top moment for us. After having an issue with my granddaughters small nacho order (not once but twice) our server; while standing at the table saw the issue and was mortified that it happened again. She said she was going to comp the nachos and said the manager would take care of it. Did he ever. The waitress told us that he was making it fresh himself, fresh and he brought it out to our table. So a huge shout out to The manager and our waitress, it was way over the top and I cannot begin to tell you that this act helped in more ways that are of a personal level that was very needed at the time. Thank you so much for the upgrade and the desert. I will be sending the email to your corporate office as I mentioned. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you, S. Kimble,"

"While looking for a place to eat late at night. I decided to eat here. While walking, i noticed the atmosphere was kinda dull feeling, and it seemed they were understaffed and everyone were just ready to get there night over. After being seated, our waitress Destiny did a great job waiting on us. She was very kind and kept us from needing anything. Overall, the food was delicious and everybody was pleased with their meals. I've eaten here many times before, but it just doesn't seem like the old "smokey bones" that used to be. A lot of the menu had changed, and the "vibe" of the place it used to be just wasn't there. Not saying it was a bad experience. It was just another mediocre restaurant rushing to get the day over with."
