"this store for the 3rd time has made threats to me and my son over furniture that was delivered with bed bug!!!!! my son made an agreement with the owner and was gonna provide the paperwork the owner wanted on Monday yet the manager of the store showed up twice to the house and made threats against us if we didn't make a large payment and yelled out to all in the area that we were in the process of burning the furniture with the bed bugs!!!!! the furniture was delivered several months ago and we got rid of it a few days later when they refused to pick it back up as we told them it was delivered with bed bugs. they refused so we took it to the dump and the owner knows all this info but the manager keeps making threats!!!! not even worth the on star its worth way less as its the only way to post this information!!!"

"Attention family and friends if you live in the Greeneville, Tn area. please do yourselves a favor and do not Ever go to 1st choice to rent to own anything they will take all of your money and then if you get a payment or two behind they will harass and stalk you and blow your phone up all day everyday come by your home everyday to collect the payment or their property they will not work with you even if you show them that you are a reliable customer they honestly don't care about their customers they just want your money and to rape your pockets dry. they over charge for things that have used countless of times by other customers that they tricked out of money. That whole business is a hustle and a scam. so do yourselves a favor and never go to them! I wish someone would have warned me but now I'm trying to warn as many people as I can because lets face it. we all work way to damn hard to just be throwing our money away to foolishness.
