"Giving it 4 stars, trying to be nice. But the two employees were slow and did not look tidy. That goes for the entire place. Shelves are not refilled or are disorganized. Why soo many plastic cups on display ? OK, the place is inside Ingles supermarket and therefore has limited space. The more reason to make it look attractive as the Ingles store is outstanding. My fozen Mint Frappuccino was good, no complaints there. But...please try a little harder to meet the otherwise higher standards of Starbucks."

"They made my drink wrong but then when I asked if they could remake it they said they wouldn’t unless I had a receipt (which they never gave me to begin with). Really disappointed in this Starbucks."

"Ingle’s Starbucks only gave me one insect when I clearly asked for two! All joking aside, I didn’t find this until literally the last sip. It was in my mouth before I knew it. It could happen anywhere, but do better. P.S. The cup was clean, so it was in the coffee pot. We have pictures of it too!!!!"

"As ever, Starbucks has great coffee and coffee drinks. The fabulous aroma coming to your nose, even before you've reached the door! Oh my, it's so enticing! Starbucks also has some scrumptious edibles. Whether you're in the mood for a little snack, a healthy sandwich or a morsel of sweetness, they've got you covered! I don't need to tell you, all Starbucks are clean, comfortable and handicapped friendly. If you love coffee like I do, you know that you want to visit a Starbucks. And, I highly recommend it!"
