"Not all but most of the employees here just seemed annoyed and not thrilled to be working. Go through the drive through and not inside because we waited about 10 minutes at the register before anyone even took our order. Manager wasn’t friendly at all towards the customers when dealing with an issue in the back."

"While traveling through town, we stopped for a bite. It had been a while since we enjoyed the Dunkin Donuts that we have eaten for decades, and there was one off of the interstate in Asheville. Anticipating a yummy, sweet treat, I went inside to spend our money on disappointment. I bought a dozen donuts and five munchkins. Back at the vehicle, we drove away and dug in. The donuts were stale. Like...stale. How old were they? The glaze donuts had so little glaze that they were barely sweet, nothing like they had been in the past. Also, when did the donuts get so small that they do not even fill the box anymore (see Munchkin for size comparison)? Is that Dunkin-wide or only at this location? We normally only like to leave positive reviews, yet this was such a disappointment that I am sorry to have wasted the money and partaken of the carbs and calories. The saving grace was that the young lady behind the counter was smiling and friendly. From the customer side of the counter, she is an asset to have as an employee."

"They seem to always be a mess. Going to pick up my order, the doors were locked, so I pulled their drive-through. The girl in drive-through said the door was unlocked, and I indicated that I try the doors on the side but I would come around. Instead of just saying OK she goes onto a three minute spiel about how one door out of three is unlocked but the other ones stay locked. OK… I did not ask all that I just said okay I would come around. It wasn’t that big of a deal, until she made it one. Having one entire side locked down doesn’t make a lot of sense. But nonetheless, it was a simple fix. You have one door out of three unlocked, fine. I will pull around. There’s no reason to defend yourself or go on a rant for three minutes. Best part was when I went in, the order was not ready, and the woman who said she was talking to me, was the manager. Learn some customer service or find a new job."

"Well just like everyone else says it's nice to have a Duncan in this area and also the employees that work there are so respectful and helpful and polite such a delight to interact with and did I mention the coffees are awesome too and Refreshers"

"Coffee for the road this morning. Ordered with the Dunkin' app for pickup and by the time I had parked the van and walked inside, it was already waiting for me. Parking lot was mostly tidy and the inside of the restaurant was clean. This was all OK."
