Mali is a shining example of all of these. She knows not only the names of all her regulars, but their dogs too. She makes excellent coffee art (thanks, Josh, for taking her to the next level)! The staff is super friendly. On my latest visit, Hope and Andrea were on hand to answer specific questions I had about the various coffee beans.
