"Super rude to women who buy parts. Had my girlfriend run down while i was working on my truck and she asked for a hose and they acted like she was stupid. I went down and asked for the exact same part with no major trouble. A separate time i got a part they said would fit but it didn’t fit. Not even a little, and they wouldn’t refund it or help me find the right part. I get not everything is perfect, but Every other advance I know of will refund parts or help find the correct part and exchange it. I guess it’s just something different because this place is a “commercial” store run by old men who think they are the smartest people and try tell the actual mechanics what to do. Just go down the road a few feet and theres a better store with better service."
